Lateral Entry seats
The Engineering Diploma holders can join the Second Year/Third Semester of the B.Tech courses to acquire a Degree in Engineering through Lateral Entry Scheme. Lateral Entry Scheme is approved by Government of Kerala as per G.O (MS) No.156/2002/H.Edn dated: 13.11.2002. The admission is through a State level Entrance Examination conducted by Director of Technical Education(DTE).
The Government have permitted to fill up lapsed/unfilled seats of previous academic year available in the Engineering Colleges under CAPE through Lateral Entry Scheme during the current academic year(2017-18) by allotting eligible candidates who qualifies the Lateral Entry Test - 2017 conducted by the Director of Technical Education(DTE)
